ولد علي حيدري المشهور بأمير كاظم الحيدري في الأهواز عام 1994م. وقد درس فرع الأدب العربي في جامعة شيراز الحکومية حتّی نال درجة الامتياز في مرحلة الماجستير برسالته المعنونة ب«ديوان الشيخ خزعل الكعبي جمعه وتوثيقه ودراسة أساليبه»، ثم درس دکتوراه الأدب العربي في جامعة تربيت مدرّس في طهران ليقدّم مخطط أطروحته عن دراسة الأسلوبية الإحصائية والحقول الدلالية في القصيدة العمودية الحديثة.
كتب أمير كاظم الشعر العربي بالفصحَی والعامية، كما حاول أن يكتب الرواية الأهوازية بتوطينها لغة ووصفاً وأسلوباً. وله عدّة أبحاث في مجال الأدب العربي، منها:
_ التناص الأدبي في الشعر الشعبي الأهوازي.
_ الأسماء في اللغة العربية الفصحی واللهجة الأهوازية (دراسة تطبيقية).
_ نحو النصّ في المقامة الأهوازية لبديع الزمان الهمذاني.
_ الهوية والسردية الدلالية في رواية مدينة الحجر لأحمد عادل الصاكي.
