فإتماماً لأعمال بيت الأفكار الدولية السابقة في صحيحي البخاري ومسلم، وعلى المنهج نفسه، رأينا أن نسير في الموضوع الحديثية شيئاً فشيئاً، وإلى الأفضل إن شاء الله تعالى فكانت هذه الكتب التي حوت أدلة الفقه والأحكام، وهي السنن الأربعة، وهي تتمة ما تبقى من الكتب الستة الأصول، إذ قل حديث صحيح يفوتها، ومدار الأدلة عليها، وقد تناولها العلماء بالتعليق والعناية والشرح، ونالت منهم ما لم تنل الكتب الأخرى من العناية.
1-ضبطنا النص ضبطاً كاملاً، واعتنينا به زيادة ونقصاناً، ووزعنا فقراته، وجعلنا البدء بالحديث بعد الإسناد من حيث المسند الصحابي أو من ينوب مكانه، وجعلنا تعليقات الإمام أبي عبد الله ابن ماجة وزيادات أبي الحسن اللقطان عقب الرواية مميزة بفقرات وحرف أسود، وفصلنا التبويب والزيادات وما يلزم.
2-اعتمدنا على أصح المطبوعات، مع مراجعة المشكلات من المصادر الأخرى، واعتمدنا الترقيم للأحاديث والأبواب، لتتوافق مع المعجم المفهرس لألفاظ الحديث، والعزو المنتشر.
3-أدخلنا كتاب "مصباح الزجاجة في زوائد ابن ماجة" للبوصيري على السنن كاملاً، ووضعنا التعليق للأحاديث المتكلم عليها حكماً أو تخريجاً عقبها مصدرة بـ"قال البوصيري" مع العناية بتحقيق النص، وتصحيح الأخطاء، معتمدين في ذلك المطبوع والمخطوط.
4-أحلنا الكثير من المكررات بعضها غلى بعض، واستثنينا من ذلك الأحاديث المكررة الرقم والتي جعل رقمها (م): أي رقم مكرر.
5-خرجنا الأحاديث من الصحيحين لبيان أن الحديث صححه أيضاً البخاري (خ)، ومسلم (م) مع ملاحظة أن التصحيح قد يقع للحديث كله أو جملة منه، لذا قد نفصل في الألفاظ والتخريج للصحيحن إذا اقترن الألباني له.
6-ذكرنا أحكام الشيخ محمد ناصر الدين الألباني على الأحاديث مختصرة منقولة من صحيح السنن وضعيفة وزدنا عليها الأحكام التي لم يذكرها على بعض الأحاديث على منهجه، وذكرنا حكم الألباني قبل البدء بالحديث، وذكرنا التفصيل إن وجد عقب الحديث.
7-ترجمنا بإيجاز المصنف، وألحقنا به ترجمة من صحح وضعف فيه: البوصيري، والألباني.
