"سجن العقرب" صدرت عام 2016.. تدور أحداث الرواية في "سجن العقرب" شديد الحراسة، حيث الشاب "محمد مظلوم" الذي تلقي به الظروف في أشد حصون التعذيب شهرة لمجرد سقوطه في كمين أمني وهو يرتدي "تي شيرت" مطبوع عليه عبارة "وطن بلا تعذيب"، ليجد أمين شرطة في بطل الرواية غنيمة جديدة يروي بها ظمأه لإلصاق التهم المُعلبة، وكأنها استلهام من القصة الواقعية لطفل الـ"تي شيرت" الشهير، الذي ظلَّ حبيسًا لمدة تزيد عن سنتين.
وتسجل رواية "سجن العقرب"، الحالة النفسية لعدد من الشباب المصري في السنوات الأخيرة نتيجة الأحداث والتقلبات السياسية المتعاقبة، وتستعرض أنات وتخوفات مكتومة سبحت في أذهان العديد من الشباب بسبب الظروف المتعرجة بالبلاد، وهو ما أحسن المؤلف تصويره لإثارة مشاعر الخوف والترقب وغيرها لدى القارئ من خلال التحليل النفسي لشخصيات "سجن العقرب" أكثر من البيئة المادية المحيطة بأصحابها.
