استقبلت سيلينا شعاع الشمس، مع نسيم الهواء الذي يلطف الأجواء، ابتسمت سيلينا رغمًا عنها، مر الكثير من الوقت على المرة الأخيرة التي استنشقت فيها الهواء بحرية، على المرة الأخيرة التي رأت فيها شعاع الشمس وتحليق الطيور، ترى النور بالفعل، كأنها في حلم، ترى الجمال مرة أخرى بعد أن أخذها الهم إلى الاعتقاد أنها ستتعفن وتموت بداخل تلك الزنزانة المظلمة؛ التي ضاقت بها ذرعًا من كل الاتجاهات، وقالت في نفسها:
- حقًا إن الظلام هو بداية النور، والليل هو بداية النهار، ولا نجاح بلا يأس، استعدي لمواجهة الحياة بنسختك الجديدة، غيّرني السجن بالفعل.
