رأب الفجوة ليس إلا حلّاً وقتيّاً ، وترقيعاً لفتقٍ وفلعٍ في نسيجٍ مهترئ . والنتيجة ثوبٌ ضعيف لا يلبَث أن يتحلّل ويتهلهل ، أو اندمالٌ مَعيب لجرحٍ يعجّ بالقيح ، فيبقى الألم الخفيّ.
أطرقَتْ أرضاً ، وآثرَتْ ألا تتابع الشّرح بما يخصّ التناقض في المستوى الثقافيّ بينها وبينه كي لا تجرحه ، إذ طالما ارتضت به زوجاً فهذا يعني قبولَها به على علّاته ، ولن يتسنّى لها فيما تبقّى لها من عمر أن تحاول رأب تلك الفجوة .
لن ترقى بمستوى تفكيره ، ولا بمفردات حواره ، مهما حاولَتْ
وكلُّ ردود أفعاله تسفيهٌ وتسخيفٌ وتسفيف وتسطيحٌ لما تقول ، ممّا يزيد في عمق الفجوة واتّساعها بينهما
هي مجموعة قصصية ، فيها فجواتٌ اجتماعيّة وروحيّة ، ومحاولاتٌ إصلاحية لرأبها ، عسى أن تنزع الشعرة التي جعلته يقرف من طعامها في إحدى القصص ، عسى أن تعود المياه لمجاريها في قصة أخرى ، عسى أن يتم الإصلاح لثورة نلسون مانديلا ، عسى أن يجد بلاداً أخرى ليعيش فيها كلاجئٍ قسريّ ، عسى أن ينكشف لغز البقعة الدموية في القصة الأخيرة .
إنها مجموعة قصص قصيرة ، ورواية جدُّ صغيرة !
