ولكنك خذلتِنِي، وتركت يديَّ مُعلقتين في الهواء دون جدوى منكِ، أصبح كُل شيء ميتًا في عيني، بعض خيباتي لا تُحرقني، ولا توجعني، هي فقط تُخبرني بأني ساذج للمرة الألف، أدركت وقتها أني قابلة للترك حتى من الشخص الذي كُنت أراهن العالم على بقائه
