يمثل الإثم الوجهة الآخر للإيمان بشقيه (المادي والمعنوي)؛ إذ يتولد منه تأصيل وجود الإنسان؛ خاصة إن النظرة التجريبية للإثم تتجسد في التفسير المادي له.
نشوة الألم هي نتيجة مسبقة للذة الإثم، الإنسان يحدد ماهية هذه اللذة؛ الأصل في الوعي معرفة الإثم والتعامل معه، لكل شيء ثمن الوعي المفرط يؤدي إلى إيمان مطلق أو كفر مطلق، وسطية الاعتقاد تتجسد في تفسير الوجود المبني على رؤية عقلانية؛ وإن كان الأصل أن المنطق يكمن في ألا منطق؟
قداسة الأيمان تنتهك وفق إعتقاد مغلوط وجد نتيجة الاختلاف في تفسير رؤية الأيمان الديني الذي تقوم عليه الفرق الإسلامية المعاصرة مثلث ردت فعل عكسية سوف تزول مع مرور الوقت حيث أن الفرق الإسلامية ترتكز على فكرة جدلية الايمان؛ إذ تكون مؤمن عند أتباعك فرقة ما وأثم عند أتباع الفرقة المعتادة!!
الإيمان والكفر؛ مسألة تتسم بالنسبية جدًا، تجد التجربة المعيار السائد لقياس درجة الإيمان لدى الفرد، فكلما كان الفرد أكثر عرضة للأزمات؟ كان بمقدوره معرفة قدر الأيمان الذي يحمله في داخله للإثم قداسة متأصل في النفس البشرية، يسعى الإنسان إلى تفسير الأحداث وفق مصالحه الآنية، مما يجعل الإثم أداة للوصول إلى حقيقة الإيمان.
