يتم عقد العديد من البرامج التدريبية للعاملين بمختلف مستوياتهم ومواقع العمل فيما يتعلق بمتطلبات وتطبيق معاير السلامة الدولية في الأعمال الإنشائية تحت الأرض ومنها مراقبة جودة الهواء، تهوية الأنفاق، إجراءات السلامة في حفر الأنفاق بواسطة التفجير، استخدام الإضاءة الصناعية، وسائل الاتصال، إجراءات الإخلاء والطوارئ، الحرائق والإطفاء الخ ....
