ولد في مدينة الظهران في 29 أكتوبر 1986.
حصل على شهادة هندسة البرمجيات من جامعة الملك فهد للبترول و المعادن في السعودية عام 2010، ثم واصل دراساته العُليا في نيويورك في تخصص علوم النشر الرقمي.
نُشرت أعماله في العديد من الصحف: الحياة، عكاظ، الشرق، الجزيرة و اليوم.
أسّس مجلة غصون الإلكترونية الصادرة عن موقع منبر الحوار و الإبداع لنشر ثقافة العدالة والحرية و المساواة.

يمثل الأسلوب القصصي في القرآن الكريم أحد روافد إعجازه العظيمة، وإذا ما أضفنا إلى ذلك ما تمثله القصة الواقعية من عنصر إثارة وتشويق للقارئ فإن تلك المقدمات تؤدي حتماً إلى تأثر الفرد والمجتمع لما تطرحه من أحداث ووقائع القصة، فالقصة أول ما يفهم من الكلام وآخر ما ينسى ولا تكلف الذهن عناء الاستيعاب والفهم، فالمولى عز وشأنه خالق الخلق والعارف المتطلع بخلجاتهم وأدق تعرجات نفسياتهم، فالبشر جبلوا على حب الاستطلاع ويثيرهم عنصر التشويق ويتأثروا بوقائع الصور والأحداث المتحركة في الواقع أكثر من تأثرهم بالطرح الفكري الجامد الذي يخلو من السرد القصصي الواقعي.
لذا نرى ما بين دفتي القرآن المجيد-وهو كلام الحق ومحضه-العديد من المشاهد والرسوم المختلفة والتي تحكي واقعاً لا خيالاً مفترضاً، فلذا كل منا يهوى سمعه ويتأثر فؤاده بقراءة الآيات التي تطرح القصص المختلفة في خضم القرآن الحكيم.
فلذا جمحنا في سبر أغوار هذا الكراس بتطعيمه بالعديد من القصص الواقعية سواء الحادثة في زماننا أو بأحداث مضت من سيرة المعصومين عليهم السلام أو سيرة الأولياء والصالحين المنفقين، وحتى من غيرهم، وذلك لإيصال المادة التي نرجوها دون التغيير في معناها، لأن القصة هي الوسيط الذي يوصل أدق أفكار إلى الأذهان بكل اختصار.
