حاشية الصفتي
الصفتي المالكي الأزهري
عندما ألّف العلاّمة "عبد الباري بن أحمد العشماوي" مقدمته المباركة « متن العشماوية »، اقتصر فيها على باب الصلاة والصلاة، ثم جاء بعده العلامة "ابن تركي المالكي" وأكمل هذا المتن وأضاف له باب الزكاة و باب الحج، ثم قام بوضع شرح عليه سماه: « الجواهر الزكية في حل الفاظ العشماوية »، ثم جاء من بعدهما العلامة « يوسف بن سعيد بن إسماعيل الصفتي المالكيّ الأزهري (كان حيّاً سنة 1193هــ) »، فقام بوضع حاشية على هذا الشرح سماها: « حاشية سنية وتحقيقات بهية على الشرح المسمى بالجواهر الزكية في حل الفاظ العشماوية»، التي اشتهرت باسم: « حاشية الصفتي »، وهذه الحاشية هي من أعظم و أهم حواشي الفقه عند المالكية، فيها فوائد كثيرة، وتفاصيل يحتاج الناس إليها.
* وما يميّز « حاشية الصفتي »، أنّ " الصفتي رحمه الله " أتى فيها بالأقوال المعتمدة المرضية في الفقه المالكي، ووشّحها بفوائد منيفة وأبحاث شريفة وزوائد نفيسة، جمعها من بطون كتب وحواشي المذهب المالكي، كما ذكر فيها دليل مشروعية كل باب والتعريفات اللغوية والإصطلاحية وترجمة العلماء الذين ذكرهم المصنّف والشارح.
* اشتهرت « حاشية الصفتي »، اشتهارا كبيرا، ولقيت قبولا كبيرا، حتى قيل: " من قرأ الصفتي لا يحتاج الى مفتي ".
