هذه كلمات قليلة على شرح العلامة ابن تركى على العشماوية أتيت فيها بالأقوال المعتمدة المرضية معتمداً فى ذلك على حاشية الخرشى وغيرها لشيخنا وشيخ مشايخنا وأشياخهم الشيخ على الصعيدى العدوى عليه سحائب الرحمة والرضوان ونبهت فيها على بعض أقوال ضعيفة وقعت له فى حاشيته على هذا الكتاب قد رجع عنها فى حاشية الخرشى وغيرها من كتبه التى عم نفعها للطلاب ونبهت أيضاً على بعض أقوال ضعيفة وقعت فى شرح الشبرخيتى والسكندرى والأصلى معتمداً فى ذلك على حاشية الخرشى التى عليها التعويل ووشحت ذلك بفوائد منيفة وأبحاث شريفة من فيض شيخنا الإمام والبحر الهمام الشيخ محمد عبادة ختم الله لى وله بالحسنى وزيادة؛ وحيث قلت شيخنا وأطلقت فهو المراد نفع الله به العباد، وحيث عبرت بالشيخ فمرادى به شيخنا العدوى المتقدم ذكره أولاً وضممت إلى ذلك فوائد شريفة وزوائد منيفة من حاشية شيخنا العلامة المحقق والفهامة المدقق الشيخ محمد الأمير.
