رواية حارسة الظلال تأليف واسينى الأعرج، تحكي القصة على لسان حسيسن كما أرادت جدته، رجل يشتغل في العلاقات في وزارة الثقافة بالجزائر يتحدث بعد أن بتروا له عضويه ( العضو الذكري _ ولسانه ) لكون مواطن صالحاً في بلاده، يلتقي بدون كيشوت وهو حفيد لكاتب القصة وهو صحفي أسباني يريد إنتاج كتاب ومن ولاءه لجده يريد أن يكتب عن الجزائر بسبب أسره خمس سنين في مغارة سرفانتيس ورؤية الأثار جدة، يذهب به حسيسن إلى منزله أو منزل حّنا التي بقيت عمراً تنتظر أخيها ولا زال أملها فيه، يتفاجأ دون بالمزبلة بدل المغارة ويتفاجأ كيف أن الآثار بالجزائر سرق ماسرق وبغي في المزبلة مابقي وبنهاية اليوم يتم إلغاء القبض على دون بتهمة أنه دخل البلاد بغير شرعية ويحاول حسيسن أن يخلصه وفي أسره يلتقي ب ( مايا ) التي هي الأخرى لها حكاية، إلى أن يتم تبرأة دون وترحيله بطريقة الغير مرغوب فيهم ويسلم الأوراق إلى حسيسن الذي طرد من عمله وفعلوا به فعلتهم.
