يضم هذا الكتاب "أكثر من 500 قصة وحكمة ومعجزة وفضيلة لرسول الله وآله الأطهار"، جمعها المؤلف وهو"الذي مارس فن الخطابة والوعظ من بداية شبابه وحتى يومنا هذا باللغة العربية والفارسية في مدن إيران ودول الإمارات والعراق وعمان والكويت وغيرها"، والذي له عدة مؤلفات في نفس المضمار.
يقول المؤلف "أن متابعة القرآن… وأهل البيت، صمام الأمان من كل انحراف وسقوط وانزلاق"، لذا فإنه يهدف من هذا الكتاب إلى إحياء أمر أولياء الله، و"نشر فضائلهم وسلوكهم الطاهر وسجايا ومكارم أخلاقهم.."، لأن في ذلك "إحياء للقرآن".
قصص الورع والتقوى والأخلاق والحكمة والفضيلة، منقولة عن ومن حياة الأولياء المعصومين الأربعة عشر، يختلف أسلوبها وتتنوع تفاصيلها وأجواءها وأفرادها وشخصياتها، وتجتمع في مصب واحد بمضامينها وفضائلها ومحتواها. وتعيد القارئ إلى زمن المعجزات وإلى أرض نبعت منها الأخلاق الحميدة والتصرفات الذكية، والتي كانت الأساس في تحويل البدائية إلى نمط متحضر من التعامل الإنساني. قال رسول الله صلّى الله علية وسلّم: "لا تكن خائناً وغشاشاً اجعل ظاهره وباطنه واحداً"، وقال أمير المؤمنين علي بن أبي طالب عليه السلام: "إرض للناس ما ترضى لنفسك وإئت للناس ما تحب أن يؤتى إليك.."، وقال الإمام محمد بن علي الباقر عليه السلام:" والله لو أحبّنا حجر حشره الله معنا وهل الدّين إلا الحب."
روح الدين وفضائله في مغازي هذه القصص المنتقاة والتي اختارها المؤلف من سير أولياء الله، كي يضعها بين يدي القارئ في هذا الكتاب، لقناعته "أن جميع المشاكل والاضطرابات التي حلّت بالمسلمين جاءت بعد أن ابتعد المسلمون عن القرآن الكريم وأهل البيت عليهم السلام".
