فيما تضمن الباب الثاني إحصائية الجرائم في أمريكا وعنف السلاح والانتحار، والشعور بالخوف والإقبال على شراء السلاح، وجرائم عنف الشرطة الأمريكية، وغياب العدالة الجنائية، والتمييز العنصري.
