لستُ أحيا لأجلِ أحدٍ ولستُ راحمةً أياً مِنكُم ، لم يكُ بَثي في دُجى الليالي لأحدٍ ولم أسهر طيلة الليل لأجد أحداً معي ، أحيا لوحدي ولي ولنفسي أُعيدُ تكوين كوكبي لوحدي وبإسمي ، أهمِسُ لِنفسي ولا أسمعُ سوا صوت جخجخةِ الماءِ وتحتحتهِ وأنا جالسةً على أطرافهِ ، عقاري وحده يكفيني لإراقة كل ما أُريد ، أُكنى بخائضة الغمراتِ لفظاعتي وهَولي فَمن سوف يُبكيني لئلا أُكمِلَ مصيري ؟!
