الزواج أمر تقتضيه الفطرة قبل أن تحث عليه الشريعة وتتطلبه الطباع السليمة والفطرة المستقيمة؛ لأنه حصانة وابتهاج، وسكن وأنس واندماج، به تتعارف القبائل، وتقوى الأواصر، وهو آية من آيات الله وسنة من سنن رسله، ولكن الزواج في هذا العصر أضحى مشكلة اجتماعية خطيرة، تستوجب الحلول السريعة؛ وذلك بسبب ما يحدث من العقبات والعراقيل من العادات والظواهر السيئة التي تحول دون الزواج، وفي هذه الرسالة بيان لبعض ثمرات وفوائد النكاح.
