يتألف الكتاب من ثلاثة أقسام رئيسية. يحتوي القسم الأول على مفهوم المساج وأساليبه وتطبيقاته. أما في القسم الثاني فلقد قمنا بشرح تفصيلي لكيفية استخدام التمارين أو ما يسمى بالحركات السويدية على كل مناطق الجسم وفي القسم الثالث تحدثنا عن معظم الأمراض التي يمكن علاجها عن طريق المساج والحركات بالإضافة إلى ذكر الأهمية الكبيرة التي يحققانها على الجسم في حالته الصحية. حيث يعمل المساج والحركات بشكل عام على تنشيط الدورة الدموية وتحسين حالة النظام العصبي بالإضافة إلى الفائدة الكبيرة للعضلات في كافة مناطق الجسم.
