ويقوم الفصل الثالث بمناقشة أساليب وطرق العناية بالجسد والتحكم بنسبة السكر في الجسم بالإضافة إلى سرد تفصيلي لآخر الاكتشافات العلمية لفوائد الأعشاب وتأثيرها على الجسم بغية التخلص من هذا الداء.
