- إن المخدرات ( آفة من آفات العصر ) لم ولن تهتم بها حكومات البلدان النامية بل جعلتها موضوع ( ثانوي) مع إن المخدرات من المواضيع التي تولى لها حكومات البلدان المتقدمة ميزانيات وتقيم له المنابر والمؤتمرات وكل ذلك من اجل ان لا ينزلق المواطن فئ اتونها بكل سهوله ويسر .
هذه الكتاب عبارة لمحة بسيطة ومتواضعة تتحدث عن المخدرات في العربي مع التعرض لدول أخرى في هذا المحك بشيء من المرور ثم الحلول الناجعة للخروج بالمفيد من تلك المؤتمرات التي تقام وأخيرا كانت الخاتمة والمصادر وخرائط وصور مختلفة عن هذا المخدرات ، أتمنى إن أكون قدمت جزء عن فكرة هذا الهم الكبير الذي لم ينتهي ولن ينتهي إلا بمجيء حكام عدل ومنصفين لبسطاء الوطن وبخاصة وطنى السودان ،والله من وراء القصد
