يحتوي هذا الكتاب على بعض المجالس التي استطاع المحقق الحصول عليها إذ تبين هذه المجالس عقيدة السيد "أحمد الرفاعي الحسني" وسلوك طريقته ومنهج عمله مع طلاب علمه ومريديه وتربيته لهم.
ويعتبر الكتاب له في هذا المنهج بعد كتاب (البرهان المؤيد) لما فيه من عموميات الطريقة وخصوصياتها، ويدل على سعة إطلاعه في العلم الشرعي والسنّة المطهرة، إذ تجده حافظاً للقرآن الكريم وذلك لإستشهاده بالآيات في موضع الإستشهاد المناسب في الكلام، ومحدثاً يستشهد في الحديث النبوي بما يلائم الدليل الذي يتكلم عنه، ويستشهد بأقوال العلماء والصالحين من الصوفية الماضين منهم والمعاصرين له، وبالشعر الصوفي وغيره.
كما تجده الواعظ المفوه الذي ينثر من فيه الحكم والإرشاد، يُصغي له من الناس كل سامعيه بكل سكينة ووقار، مع العلم أن مجلسه كان يحضره الآلاف، إذ كان منصباً على تربية الناس وتوجيههم لما يرضي الله تعالى.
