في هذه الرسالة المختصرة، تناولتُ موضوع الكفاءة في النكاح عند فقهاء الحنفية، وهو من الموضوعات المهمة في فقه الأسرة الإسلامي، وقد سعيتُ فيها إلى جمع أبرز المسائل المتعلقة بهذا الموضوع، وبيان أهم أقوال الفقهاء وآرائهم، مع استخلاص جملة من الفوائد والنتائج التي توصّلتُ إليها من خلال البحث والمطالعة.
وقد حرصتُ على أن يكون هذا البحث موجزًا في حجمه، نافعًا في مضمونه، وميسّرًا للقارئ في الاستفادة منه. وأسأل الله تعالى أن يجعل هذا العمل خالصًا لوجهه الكريم، وأن ينفع به طلاب العلم والباحثين، وأن يكتب له القبول والنفع.
