أنا ابنة مجتمع متخلف يعتبر الطعام واللباس حاجة أولى من التفكير، أنا ابنة مجتمع لم يعد يفكر بسد حاجياته، بل صار يفكر كيف يرضي احتياجاته، ابنة مجتمع يعاني خللا في اعتبار ما يستحق أن يثير الاهتمام وما يستحق أن يثير السخرية، لست جزائرية أصيلة، أنا جزائرية هجينة متأثرة بالقوانين التي لا أشعر أنها تخدم مصلحتي رغم أن الجميع حولي يحاولون اقناعي بأنها وضعت من أجلي، متأثرة بواقع ممسوس بخرافات الناس وأهوائهم، وثائرة بكل فخر على عادات وتقاليد تستمد قدسيتها من جبروت التكرار والعادة، أنا كتبت لأني مجروحة وأنت آمل أن تقرأ مثلي لأنك مجروح آمل أن نتشارك تضميد بعضا من معاناتنا التي يحاصرها جنود الفهم الخاطئ للواقع.
