في غرفِ قسمِ التّشريح المظلمة، حيثُ تسكنُ الأسرارَ بين الجثثِ الهامدة، يكتشفُ الطّبيب "راجاف" سلسلةً من الجرائمِ الغامضةِ، تهزّ أنحاءَ المدينةِ. "ماسال"، مساعدتهِ اللّطيفة والذّكية، تساندهُ يداً بيدٍ لمواجهةِ هذا اللّغزِ الدّفين. وبينما يتعمّقان في التّحقيق، يظهرُ المحقّق الجنائي "مراد" والمحقّقة الطّموحة "ملاك" الّتي تتنافسُ مع مراد لإثباتِ جدارتها. في عالمٍ تسودهُ الدّماءُ المفقودة، يصبحُ كلّ شخصٍ مشتبهاً به، والوقتُ ينفد لكشفِ الحقيقةِ قبل أن تُهدرَ المزيد من الأرواح.
يبدأُ العملَ الجماعيّ بينَ الأطباءِ والمحقّقين للبحثِ عن تلك الأسرار الغامضة، فهل سيتمكّنونَ من كشفِ الحقيقةِ قبل فوات الأوان؟ وهل ستصمدُ علاقاتهم أمامَ اختبارِ الخطر والمؤامرات؟ الإجابة تكمنُ في الدّماء المفقودة، الّتي تكشفَ لنا خبايا لم تُرَ بعد.
