وهكذا ولدت الطفلة الشريدة ولم تتذوق حنان الأم أو عطف الأب، ولم تر وجه أمها ولا عرفت أباها بل كما قلنا آنفاً قد حكم عليها الدهر وشردت كما شرد الآلاف من الأطفال الشبيهين ببطلة هذه القصة سوسنة والحقيقة ودون أي مغالاة فقد أجاد واضع القصة كل الإجادة بأسلوب الروائي الشيق فكان تارة يتمشى مع القارىء حتى يبكيه بدلاً من الدموع دماً وتارة يعود وينصف القارىء بعد أن يكون قد وضع نفسه من الآلام ما يبكي أو ما يذيب الصخر الأصم.
