هذا الجزء الثاني من التفسير الرحيب وقد ضمَّناه الجزء الثاني من القرآن الكريم من سورة البقرة، بدءاً بقوله - تعالى: ﴿ سَيَقُولُ السُّفَهَاءُ مِنَ النَّاسِ مَا وَلَّاهُمْ عَنْ قِبْلَتِهِمُ الَّتِي كَانُوا عَلَيْهَا قُلْ لِلَّهِ الْمَشْرِقُ وَالْمَغْرِبُ يَهْدِي مَنْ يَشَاءُ إِلَى صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ (142) ﴾.... [سورة البقرة: الآية 142]، وإنتهاء بقوله سبحانه وتعالى: ﴿ تِلْكَ آَيَاتُ اللَّهِ نَتْلُوهَا عَلَيْكَ بِالْحَقِّ وَإِنَّكَ لَمِنَ الْمُرْسَلِينَ ﴾... [سورة البقرة: الآية 252].
ويشاء الله عزّ وجلّ أن يكون هذا الجزء في قسمين لما يحويه من أحكام شرعية كثيرة تتعلَّق بالصيام والقتال والطلاق وغير ذلك.
وما أردنا من هذا التفسير - بعد مرضاة الله سبحانه وتعالى - إلا أن نقدِّم كتاب الله عزّ وجلّ مشروحاً بسنة نبيه المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم، وهو ما اتبعته في كلِّ تفسيري لكتاب الله عزّ وجلّ، فخير بيان للقرآن الكريم ما كان من قلب من نزل عليه القرآن الكريم صلى الله عليه وسلم، جزاه الله تعالى عنا خير الجزاء وجعلنا قرة عين له في الدنيا والآخرة.
