وقد أردنا في هذا الكتاب أن نقف على بعض المفردات التي قد تصعب على البعض وتحتاج الرجوع إلى التفاسير ، فقد اعتمدنا على مجموعة من التفاسير المشهورة التي قد تُوضح معنى مثل هذه المفردات ، مثل تفسير القرطبي ، وابن كثير ، والوسيط ، والطبري والبغوي .....، وأحياناً كان لا بد من الوقوف على بعض الآيات حتى يكتمل المعنى والمقصد ، وحاولنا قدر المستطاع عدم الإطالة وعدم الخوض في الأسانيد الكثيرة ووجوه الإعراب المختلفة ، واشرنا في الهامش للمصدر والمرجع الذي اعتمدنا عليه في معرفة معاني المفردات والآيات ، ولم نجتهد في تفسير معنى كلمة أو آية ، بل هو اجتهاد في النقل لتسهيل الأمور على القارئ لمعرفة اليسير عن هذه المفردات والآيات ، وأرجو أن أكون قد وفقت في اختيار المفردات التي قد تصعب على البعض أثناء قراءة القرآن ، وأرجو أن يكون عملي هذا لوجه الله تعالى .
