حيث أن جان بياجيه لم يترك أحداً من البنيويين إلا وتناول منطقة البنيوي محللاً مفسراً مهنئاً ناقداً، مُظهراً عند كل منهم نقاط الضعف ونقاط القوة، لذلك فإن في هذا الكتاب الموجز والمُكثف عن البنيوية ما يكفي لتفهم أولي للبنيوية بالإضافة إلى إغناءٍ قيّم لها.
