ليزا تيتزنر (بالألمانية: Lisa Tetzner ) كاتبة ألمانية ولدت في ألمانيا عام 1894م، ألفت العديد من الروايات للاطفال، أشهرها رواية الإخوة السود، تزوجت ليزا من كورت هيلد الشيوعي اليهودي، واضطرت هي وزوجها للهرب إلى سويسرا من النازيين في عام 1948 وحصلت على الجنسية السويسرية.

وقد تم تحويلها إلى مسلسل كرتوني ياباني للأطفال باسم ”عهد الأصدقاء” وقد لاقى نجاحا باهرا عند عرضه،
تم تسمية الرواية بالأخوة السود نسبة إلى الأطفال أبطال الرواية الذين كانوا يعملون في تنظيف المداخن فيصبحون ملوثون بالرماد والأوساخ الناتجة عن المداخن.
يضطر جوليان للذهاب الى ميلانو كي يعمل في تنظيف المداخن, من اجل ان يساهم في اعالة اسرته و علاج امه المريضة.يعيش جوليان هناك في ظروف غير انسانية, و يتعرض للاضطهاد و الجوع و المرض, و يموت بعض زملائه جراء المرض. فكيف تمكن جوليان من النجاة , و من ساعده؟ و كيف رجع الى وطنه؟ إنها قصة عن معاناة الأطفال توجب الاهتمام بعالم الطفولة.
