هذا التقرير يضم بيانًا وتقريرًا ختاميين لاجتماع المنتدى المدني الموازي للقمة العربية، والذي عقد في مدينة الرباط المغربية، في 2006م، بدعوة من مركز القاهرة لدراسات حقوق الإنسان بالتعاون مع المنظمة المغربية لحقوق الإنسان، وبالتنسيق مع الشبكة الأورومتوسطية لحقوق الإنسان والفيدرالية الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، وبدعم من المفوضية الأوروبية وبمشاركة 50 منظمة من منظمات المجتمع المدني في 15 دولة عربية. وقد شارك في هذا المؤتمر عدد من الصحفيين والأكاديميين والباحثين لطرح آراء في بعض القضايا التي نوقشت في الاجتماع بخصوص السعودية وتونس والبحرين وسوريا.
