يتألف العمل الحالي من إدراجات سبق أن نشرها المؤلف في جداره بالفايسبوك، ثم وضعها تحت عنوان «أشباه قصص»، ما يفيد أنها ذات صلة بالسرد التخييلي دون ن تكون قصصا أدبية خالصة، ومن ثمة أدرجها أيضا فيما أسماه بـ«إدراجات فايسبوكية»، ممَّا يضع المتلقي في أفق قراءة مفتوح على احتمالات عديدة: كأن يجد نفسه أمام نصوص قد تجتمع فيها النكتة، والتأمل، وقص بعض وقائع الحياة اليومية، والمقال الذي يعالج ظاهرة اجتماعية معينة بالتأمل والتحليل، وما إلى ذلك، وربما أيضا تعقيبات القراء على تلك الإدراجات.
