شرح حال و زندگی مردان و زنان بزرگی است كه نور هدایت الهی در دلشان تابیده و به اسلام گراییدهاند. نویسنده ضمن بیان نحوه آشنایی این افراد با اسلام عزیز، انگیزهها و عواملی را برمیشمارد كه موجب شد تا آنان اسلام را به عنوان بهترین آیین برگزینند. وی در ابتدا، به پیشگوییهای كتابهای مقدسِ برخی ادیان درباره نبوت محمد مصطفی پرداخته و از جمله، به كتاب مقدس هندوها، تورات، انجیل و كتب پارسی اشاره میكند. او در آغاز، شخصیتهای سیاسی و دیپلماتیك را مورد نظر قرار داده و شرح حال 6 نفر از آنها را ذكر مینماید. بخش دوم، به شرح حال 7 نفر از دانشمندان، مدرسین و نویسندگان مشهورِ تازه مسلمان پرداخته و در فصل بعد وقایع زندگی و تحولات درونی هشت نفر از زنان برجسته را برای خواننده بازگو كرده است. فصل پایانی كتاب، بیان داستان آشنایی و تشرف 33 نفر از اصلاحطلبان، كشیشان و اصلاحطلبان اجتماعی به دین مبین اسلام و دلایل آنان برای این تصمیم است.
