إن حياة إخناتون كما تصوره هذه المسرحية لحياة ملأى بالعبر والعظات. حافلة بمواقف البطولة والتضحية، والجهاد فى سبيل المثل العليا فى الحياة، والسعى لإدراك الحقيقة الخالدة. ولعلنا أبناء العرب وأحفاد الفراعنة والبابليين والأشوريين والفينيقيين والقرطاجيين وعاد وقوم تبع. وورثة تلك الحضارات كلها التى توجتها العناية الإلهية بالحضارة المحمدية لتشهد الدنيا منا خير أمة أخرجت للناس ولنكون شهداء على الأمم- نتعظ، فيما نتعظ به من أحداث تاريخنا الأكبر وسير رجاله وأبطاله بحياة جدنا هذا العظيم وما أصابه فى جهاده من نجاح ومن إخفاق فنتعلق بأسباب الأول ونتقى مهاوى الثانى.
