وأضناهم التكرار أن قالوا: (إنه مات على دين قومه ولم يسلم)!!
وتناسى أولئك الأعراب أنّ العاقبة لمن اتقى وإنّ الأيام لكفيلة بإعادة
تركيب ملامح الحقيقة التأريخية لتظهر بصورتها التي خطها قلم الواقع.
هذا الواقع الذي جمعت مكوناته من خلال المباحث التي تناولها الكتاب فمن
(حديث الضحضاح وآراء العلماء فيه) إلى (تلميح الحافظ الخركوشي بأنه ثالث من
أسلم)، ومن (سرية الدعوة النبوية وبطلانها) إلى (العلة في إخفاء أبي طالب
لإسلامه)، ومروراً بمبحث (تدخل الخلفاء وأشياعهم في تدوين السيرة النبوية)
إلى (تصريح العترة النبوية عليهم السلام بإيمان أبي طالب عليه السلام)،
وانتهاءً (بدفاع أبي طالب عن إيمانه بالإسلام حتى النفس الأخير).
كلها مباحث استطاعت إعادة تركيب صورة حقيقة إيمان أبي طالب عليه السلام، وأنه ثالث من أسلم.
