Son yıllarda insanlık, tarihin en köklü teknik dönüşümlerinden biri olan yapay zekâ devrimine tanıklık etmektedir. Bu gelişim yalnızca ekonomi ve teknoloji alanıyla sınırlı kalmamış, aynı zamanda hukuk ve fıkıh dünyasında da köklü tartışmalara yol açmıştır. Akıllı sözleşmeler, dijital belgeler, fikrî mülkiyet hakları ve akıllı yargı uygulamaları gibi yeni meseleler, İslâm fıkhının klasik kaynaklarında doğrudan karşılığı bulunmayan fakat çağdaş dünyada büyük bir ihtiyaç hâline gelen sorunlar olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır.
İşte bu kitapta yer alan dört araştırma, söz konusu meseleleri fıkhî bir bakış açısıyla incelemektedir. Bu çalışmaların bir araya getirilmesindeki amaç, sadece teorik bir inceleme yapmak değil; aynı zamanda İslâm hukukunun çağdaş teknolojiye karşı nasıl dinamik ve üretken bir şekilde cevap verebileceğini ortaya koymak ve fıkıh dünyasında kolektif içtihada davet etmektir.
