يمضي ميخائيل نعيمة في كتابه هذا في سرد قصة الفلك بكثير من الخيال. يأخذ الكتب القارئ إلى حيث تتوق نفسه دائماً وأبداً إلى الانعتاق والانفكاك من قيود الواقع إلى حيث الطبيعة الملهمة بقاطنيه من شجر وطيور ونسائم وينابيع، الملهمة بفلسفة وبتأملات يتوقف القارئ عندها ملياً، متفرساً أولاً بأشياء غابت عن ذهنه في خضم حياة مضنية سلبت من يديه الاستمتاع بطبيعة ترتاح إليها نفسه، وثانياً وهو الأهم يتوقف القارئ وقفة إعجاب بكاتب استطاعت نفسه فهم معاني فلسفية فيما حوله لم يستطع غيره التوصل إليها، والأكثر من ذلك أنه استطاع إيصالها إلى فهم القارئ بأسلوب أدبي رائع ما زال محط الإعجاب رغم مرور الزمن عليه.
