قد تكون قررت أن تتصفح الكتاب الآن بناءًا على صور الغلاف التي جذبت انتباهك بسبب إحتوائها على مشاهد لمعارك حربية تدور في شوارع مصر وقد تكون تصفحتها بالمصادفة فقط حتى شدك فضولك لمعرفة ما يعينه عنوانها، لكنك حتى الآن لم تكتشف أنك تمسك بين يديك برواية تحكي عن ثورة مصرية، ثورة وشيكة، ثورة قد نشهدها أنا أو أنت أو كلانا.
لذا فالحقيقة أنه قد حذرني الكثيرين من نشر هذه الرواية الآن. خاصة أن مصر على صفيح ساخن منذ الثورة التونسية، لكني اتخذت قراري وقلت لهم في النهاية، إن النظام الذي يخالف ويجن جنونه من بضعة حروف وعدة كلمات تحكي عن ثورة- على الورق- والمفترض أنها تحدث في المستقبل هو نظام أهون وأضعف من أن أخشاه أو أخاف منه.
وأخيرًا يجب أن أذكرك بأن الرواية الجيدة ليست هي التي تجيب عن كل أسئلتك وإنما الرواية الجيدة حقًا هي التي تخلق لك أسئلة جديدة تمامًا.
