غالبآ ما نجد الحجانين العشوائيين نصبو خرافات للحجامة مثل دفن دم الحجامة وتشغيل الرقية اثناء الحجم وتخصيص يوم الخميس للحجم وبذلك بدلو الحقائق بالاوهام واذا الكأس تسرب له هواء قالو ان الدم يغلي وافهنو المحجوم انه امام ساحر وليس حجام وليس حجام مهذب يتسم بالعلم اكثر من اتسامه بالخرافات وكل هذه الاوهام من اجل بيزنس الحجامة مع ان الحجام لو ترك الامور علي حالها بدون ايهام المريض بأكذوبة الدم الفاسد مع ان الجسم لا يحتوي علي دم فاسد بل هي اخلاط شائبة عبارة عن كريات دم هرمة لاتقوم بواجبها نحو ارواء الجسم ونحن هنا بصدد تثقيف المجتمع وزيادة الوعي تجاه الحجامة لما لها من فوائد جمة وهائلة.
