الحَمدُ للهِ رَبِّ العَالَمِينَ، وَأَفضلُ الصَّلاةِ وَأَتمُّ التَّسليمِ علَى سَيِّدِنا مُحمَّدٍ وَعَلى آَلهِ وَصَحبِه أَجْمعينَ، وَبعدُ: فَهذهِ مَجموعَةٌ مِنَ الأَسئلةِ فِي فِقهِ مَذْهَبِ الإِمَامِ الشَّافِعيِّ رَحِمَه اللهُ تَعالَى.
قُمْتُ بِالاسْتِفادةِ فِي كِتَابَتِها مِن أهمِّ مَتْنَينِ مُختَصرَينِ بِالفِقهِ الشَّافعيِّ:
- مَتنِ سَفينةِ النَّجاةِ.
- وَمَتْنِ أَبِي شُجاعٍ.
فَقُمْتُ بِجَعْلِه علَى شَكْلِ سُؤالٍ وَجَوابٍ، وَذَلكَ تَسهِيلًا فِي حِفْظِ أَحكامِه، وهوَ مُناسِبٌ لِلحَلقَاتِ التَّعليميَّةِ وَالـمَسْجِديَّةِ؛ لأنَّه تَمَّتْ كِتابتُه بِأُسلوبٍ مُبسَّطٍ وَمُيسَّرٍ، كمَا قُمتُ بِإِيضاحِ بَعضِ الْمُصْطَلحاتِ فِي الحَاشيةِ، وذلكَ لِربْطِ الْمُصطلَحاتِ الْمُستخدمَةِ قَديمًا بِالْمُصْطلَحاتِ الْمُستعملةِ فِي عَصْرِنا الحَالي؛ لِتَبقَى الصِّلةُ قَائمةً مَع تُراثِنا الفِقهيِّ الأَصيلِ.
