هذا الكتابُ عبارة عن مَجموعَةٌ مِنَ الأَسئلةِ فِي فِقهِ مَذْهَبِ الإِمَامِ الشَّافِعيِّ -رَحِمَه اللهُ تَعالَى- بأسلوب مبسط. وتمّت الاسْتِفادة فِي كِتَابَتِها مِن أهمِّ مَتْنَينِ مُختَصرَينِ بِالفِقهِ الشَّافعيِّ:
- مَتنِ سَفينةِ النَّجاةِ.
- وَمَتْنِ أَبِي شُجاعٍ.
وتمّت كتابته علَى شَكْلِ سُؤالٍ وَجَوابٍ، وَذَلكَ تَسهِيلًا فِي حِفْظِ أَحكامِه، وهوَ مُناسِبٌ لِلحَلقَاتِ التَّعليميَّةِ وَالـمَسْجِديَّةِ؛ لأنَّه تَمَّتْ كِتابتُه بِأُسلوبٍ مُبسَّطٍ وَمُيسَّرٍ، كمَا تمّ إِيضاح بَعضِ الْمُصْطَلحاتِ فِي الحَاشيةِ، وذلكَ لِربْطِ الْمُصطلَحاتِ الْمُستخدمَةِ قَديمًا بِالْمُصْطلَحاتِ الْمُستعملةِ فِي عَصْرِنا الحَالي؛ لِتَبقَى الصِّلةُ قَائمةً مَع تُراثِنا الفِقهيِّ الأَصيلِ.
وضمَّ الكتابُ المبَادئ العَشرة لعلمِ الفقهِ، والتّعريف بأشهرِ متون الشَّافعيَّةِ وخاصّة المعتمدَة في الفَتوَى، واشتملَ كذلك على كتَابِ الطّهارةِ، وكتَابِ الصَّلاةِ، وكتَابِ الجنائز، وكتَابِ الزَّكاةِ، وكتَابِ الصِّيامِ، وكتَابِ الحجِّ.
قام بمراجعة هذا الكتاب والتقديم له فضيلة الشيخ الفقيه الشافعي المربي: أسامة عبدالكريم الرفاعي.
