مقال عن مجموعة" عرش بغداد" في صحيفة المدى. بقلم الشاعر العراقي طالب عبد العزيز.
"ويشكل المكان هاجساً واضحاً في نصوص الكتاب. هناك رحلة متبادلة، ظلت القصائد فيها أسيرة العالم الاول، الطفولة والامسيات الناعمة، في البيت والزقاق، ومع الجيران لتنتقل الى عالم الحرب والدم، ومن ثم الى عالم الغربة والحياة، حيث الجليد والأنساق الحياتية المختلفة، والى حيث: (الخوف يوقف نهرا) أو ( يُخرس خيمةً) كما يقول في احدى قصائده. في قصائد الكتاب الأولى نقتفي خطى اللغة الهادئة، والانساق التعبيرية (التقليدية) لا بمعنى التبسيط والرتابة، إنما بمعنى المتعارف والمتداول شعريا في الكتب وبين الشعراء، لكننا نفاجأ بالتراكيب السوريالية، واللغة المطعّمة باللفظ الانجليزي، لكأن الشاعر يريد التخلص مما ظل يعاني منه لسنوات، ويلقي بما كان يحمله في وعاء الغموض والتراكيب الجديدة، على الرغم من قدرتها التعبيرية وشحنة المواجهة القي القلبَ كطعمٍ لسمك الخوف.
