كُتيِّبٌ في مجموعة من التَّمارين والمسائل الإرثية المحلولة وغير المحلولة ؛ لعلَّها تكونُ بمثابة خارطة طريق للمبتدئين في تعلُّم هذا العلم العظيم ، الذي ورد فيه الحديث الشَّريف ، قال النَّبي صلَّى الله عليه وسلَّم :« تَعَلَّمُوا الْعِلْمَ وَعَلِّمُوهُ النَّاسَ، تَعَلَّمُوا الْفَرَائِضَ وَعَلِّمُوهُ النَّاسَ، تَعَلَّمُوا الْقُرْآنَ وَعَلِّمُوهُ النَّاسَ، فَإِنِّي امْرُؤٌ مَقْبُوضٌ، وَالْعِلْمُ سَيُقْبَضُ وَتَظْهَرُ الْفِتَنُ حَتَّى يَخْتَلِفَ اثْنَانِ فِي فَرِيضَةٍ لا يَجِدَانِ أَحَدًا يَفْصِلُ بَيْنَهُمَا« رواه النسائي.
