استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على فاعلية إستراتيجية الدراما الحوارية في تنمية مهارات التواصل الشفوي لدى متعلمي اللغة العربية غير الناطقين بها، وقد تكونت عينة البحث من (60) طالبا بالمستوى الثالث من طلاب اللغة العربية غير الناطقين بها بمعهد اللغويات العربية بجامعة الملك سعود، وتم تقسيمها إلى مجموعتين: تجريبية وعددها (30) طالبا، وضابطة وعددها (30) طالبا، وقد أعد الباحث المواد التعليمية وأدوات البحث التي تمثلت في: قائمة مهارات التواصل الشفوي المناسبة لطلاب المستوى الثالث، كما أعد الباحث المادة التعليمية للتدريس باستخدام إستراتيجية الدراما الحوارية، واختبارا لقياس مهارات الاستماع، وبطاقة لملاحظة مهارات التحدث، وقد تأكد الباحث من صدق وثبات هذه الأدوات بالطرق الإحصائية الملائمة، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن فاعلية استراتيجية الدراما الحوارية في تنمية مهارات التواصل الشفوي لدى الطلاب أفراد عينة البحث؛ حيث كشفت النتائج عن وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لاختبار مهارات الاستماع لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، كما أوضحت النتائج وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لبطاقة ملاحظة مهارات التحدث لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. وفي ضوء نتائج البحث أوصي الباحث بعدة توصيات، منها: إنشاء مسرح تعليمي لتفعيل استخدام الدراما الحوارية في معاهد تعليم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها، وتدريب معلمي اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها على توظيف هذه الإستراتيجية في تعليم اللغة العربية، وتوجيه المزيد من الاهتمام والعناية بمهارات التواصل الشفوي التي يحتاج اليها متعلمو اللغة العربية غير الناطقين بها.
