هدف البحث إلى قياس " فاعلية برنامج في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة لتحسين الأداء التدريسي والاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس للطلاب المعلمين شعبة التربية الفنية (كلية التربية النوعية)". واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في عرض معايير الجودة الشاملة، والمنهج شبه التجريبي: في تطبيق البرنامج المقترح وفي تطبيق بطاقات الملاحظة، واستخدم التصميم التجريبي ذي المجموعة الواحدة. وتكونت عينة البحث من 30 طالب وطالبة من الطلاب المعلمين شعبة التربية الفنية بالفرقة الرابعة، وتم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية وتم التطبيق خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي 2013-2014م. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في عمل استبانة مفتوحة لتحديد أهم معايير الجودة، وقائمة بمعايير الجودة الشاملة الواجب توافرها، وبطاقة ملاحظة لقياس الأداء التدريسي للطلاب المعلمين، وبطاقة ملاحظة لقياس الاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس. وجاءت نتائج البحث مؤكدة على عدم الاهتمام الكافي بالتخطيط للتدريس حيث أكد عديد من الطلاب المعلمين (عينة البحث) على قيامهم بنقل حرفي لتحضير الدروس، من تحضيرات سابقة وينطبق ذلك أيضاً على تنفيذ الدرس وكذلك تقويم الطلاب. وأوصي البحث بضرورة نشر ثقافة الجودة بين الطلاب المعلمين شعبة التربية الفنية وتوعيتهم بأهمية الدورات التدريبية في صقل مهاراتهم التدريسية كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
