يكشفهذا الكتابعن الفكر المنهجيالعلمي عند الأصوليين، وينقب في الأسس العلمية والمعرفية والمنهجية لعلم أصول الفقه، ويلتمس توظيفه في مجالات علمية ومعرفية واسعة، حتى لا يظل حكرًا في مجال الفقه.ويتوسل الباحث إلى مراده من خلال تحليله لنظريتين هما: نظرية الدليل التي تعدّ مدار فلك الأصوليين من حيث كونها تعمل على بلورة الأدلة، وتمحيصها، وتنظر في كيفية إعمال الأدلة، وتعمل على ترسيخ العقلية العلمية البرهانية الاستدلالية، من خلال الكشف عن قواعد الدليل والاستدلال التي يمكن توظيفها في مجال العلوم الإنسانية. وأما نظرية الترتيب والموازنة فهي تمثل منهجًا علميًا ومعرفيًا، ينبني أساسًا على ترجيح أقوى الأدلة والقضايا والمسائل، والموازنة بينها. وهذا الكتاب لبنة متينة تؤسس لمفهوم جديد لقضية المنهجية العلمية الأصولية، التي تسعى لتكون منهجية معرفية تتناول أنساقًا معرفية مختلفة، تتجاوز نطاق الظواهر الفقهية المحدودة لتشمل كافة الظواهر الإنسانية.محمد بن عبد السلام عوام:من مواليد مدينة الرباط عام 1964. حصل على دكتوراه الدولة في موضوع " الفكر المنهجي العلمي عند الأوصوليين: دراسة في منهج البحث والمعرفة " من كلية الأداب والعلوم الإنسانية- ظهر المهراز، فاس عام 2008م. حصل على دبلوم الدراسات العليا (الماجستير) في موضوع " الإمام الغزالي أثره في الفكر الأصولي " من كلية الأداب والعلوم الإنسانية بالرباط،1994م، والإجازة في الدراسات الإسلامية، من الجامعة نفسها،1990م. أستاذ جامعي عرضي(مشارك) لعلم أصول الفقه، بشعبة الدراسات الإسلامية، كلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية، جامعة محمد الخامس الرباط. صدر له كتاب "موقف علماءالمالكية من الاحتفال التجديد الأصولي بإشراف الدكتور أحمد الريسوني، وهو عضو بمركز المقاصد للدراسات والبحوث.نشر مجموعة من المقالات العلمية في موضوعات مختلفة. شارك في كثير من الندوات العلمية والفكرية ببحوث نشر بعضها ضمن منشورات كلية الأداب والعلوم الإنسانية بالرباط.
