وأما نظرية الترتيب والموازنة فهي تمثل منهجاً علمياً ومعرفياً، ينبني أساساً على ترجيح أقوى الأدلة والقضايا والمسائل، والموازنة بينها.
وهذا الكتاب لبنة متينة تؤسس لمفهوم جديد لقضية المنهجية العلمية الأصولية، التي تسعى لتكون منهجية معرفية تتناول أنساقاً معرفية مختلفة، تتجاوز نطاق الظواهر الفقهية المحدودة لتشمل كافة الظواهر الإنسانية.
