وهذا الكتاب لبنة متينة تؤسس لمفهوم جديد لقضية المنهجية العلمية الأصولية، التي تسعى لتكون منهجية معرفية تتناول أنساقاً معرفية مختلفة، تتجاوز نطاق الظواهر الفقهية المحدودة لتشمل كافة الظواهر الإنسانية.
