يقدم هذا المعيار خدمات الحفظ المصرح بها لمستودع الطرف الثالث الموثوق به لضمان تكاملية وصحة الوثائق الرقمية للعملاء، حيث يعمل هذا المستودع كمصدر للأدلة الموثوق بها. كما يفصل التقرير الفنى للمعيار الخدمات الموثقة لمستودع الطرف الثالث الموثوق به TTPR، لتأكيد ثبوت تكامل وصحة الوثائق الرقمية للمتعاملين، وكذلك بإعتبارها مصدر صادق وموثوق به . كما يصف هذا المعيار الخدمات والعمليات المقدمه من قبل مستودع الطرف الثالث الموثوق به TTPR لعملاء الوثائق الرقمية خلال فترة الإحتفاظ بها، لضمان الثقه . كذلك يقدم هذا المعيار تفاصيل عن مقاييس الجدارة بالثقه (الإعتمادية) " Trustworthiness " والمتطلبات الخاصة بخدمات مستودع الطرف الثالث الموثوق به TTPR والأجهزة، وأنظمة البرمجيات، والإداره . ويقتصر هذا المعيار على عمليات الحفظ المصرح بها للوثائق المخزنة ما بين الطرف الثالث والعميل فقط.
