الشيخ الإعلامي الدكتور طلب عبد الفتاح أبو صبيح من مواليد مدنية الخليل في فلسطين حصل على درجة البكالوريوس في أصول الدين من جامعة الخليل سنة 1997 ، وحصل على درجة الماجستير في القضاء الشرعي سنة 2003 من الجامعة نفسها كما حصل على درجة الدكتوراه في الفقه وأصوله في البرنامج المشترك بين جامعات القدس والخليل والنجاح سنة 2024 .
عمل مقدما للبرامج الفقهية والدعوية عبر التلفزة المحلية (المستقبل - الأمل ) والإذاعات المحلية ( شبكة عروبة الإعلامية - راديو اليمامة ) وخطيبا في مساجد المدينة منذ سنة 2010 .
Book Description
In our digital era, the state is no longer merely institutions and boundaries; it has become a digital security state that governs our lives through data, algorithms, and artificial intelligence. This transformation, despite its promises of security and efficiency, threatens privacy, freedom, and human dignity, creating a silent authority capable of comprehensive surveillance and predicting individual behavior. Islamic law provides a solid framework in this context: digital privacy is recognized as a legitimate principle, and mass surveillance is prohibited except within the limits of judicial necessity. Building on this, we have developed a jurisprudential charter for digital sovereignty and a Maqasid-based model that safeguards dignity, justice, privacy, and transparency, forming the foundation for modern legislation that protects humans from digital tyranny. By integrating Islamic jurisprudence, Maqasid objectives, and international law, we can confront digital challenges consciously, transforming digital authority from a tool of surveillance into a service for humanity and civilization.
