تقدم هذه الموسوعة إلى رجال القانون وتحتوي إلى أربعة أقسام.. القسم الأول: يشمل أحكام القانون رقم 49 لسنة 1977 والقانون رقم 136 لسنة 1981 والقانون رقم 6 لسنة 1997 بتعديل الفقرة الثانية من المادة 29 من القانون رقم 49 لسنة 1977 وببعض الأحكام الخاصة بإيجار الأماكن غير السكنية ولائحته التنفيذية، والقانون رقم 14 لسنة 2001 بتعديل القانون رقم 6 لسنة 1997 بتعديل الفقرة الثانية من المادة (29) من القانون رقم 49 لسنة 1977 وببعض الأحكام الخاصة بإيجار الأماكن غير السكنية.القسم الثاني: يشمل أحكام القانون رقم 4 لسنة 1996 بشأن سريان أحكام القانون المدنى على الأماكن التى انتهت أو تنتهى عقود إيجارها دون أن يكون لأحد حق البقاء فيها، والقانون رقم 137 لسنة 2006 بتعديل بعض أحكام هذا القانون.القسم الثالث: يشمل ملحق التشريعات المتعلقة بموضوع الموسوعة.القسم الرابع: ويتضمن أجرة الأماكن القديمة.
