تشمل هذه الموسوعة جميع الأعمال الخاصة بالمحامين والقائمين بأعمال المحاماة، وتتناول جميعها بالتفصيل وذلك على قدار ثلاثة مجلدات، يتناول الأول منها فن المرافعة وفن كتابة صحيفة الدعوى وصياغة العقود وتوثيقها، وفن كتابة المذاكرة القانونية، ومسئولية المحامي عن أعماله والمحاكم واختصاصاتها وجرائم الجلسات، أم المجلد الثاني فقد قدم المؤلف المستشار "صبري محمود الراعي" والأستاذ "رضا السيد عبدالعاطي" فيه شرح قانون المحاماة رقم 17 لسنة 1983 وآخر تعديل له بالقانون رقم 197 لسنة 2008 وأحدث أحكام النقض من المادة الأولى وحتى المادة 100، أما المجلد الثالث والأخير فنجد فيه تتمة لشرح هذا القانون وأحكام النقض بدءاً من المادة 101 وحتى الأخيرة فيه، ونصوص قانون الإدارات القانونية، وتشريعات 2008 وشرح تفصيلي لجريمة خيانة الأمانة.
